We have just secured a rental and are informing people of the above unit for rent.

 

It's in Glenelg - 20 minutes from CBD. 2 minutes walk to the Tram stop and 10 minutes walk to beach past the shops and cafes on Jetty Road. It's has a Woolworths and Coles within easy reach.

 

It's a one bed unit with double bed. We have actually got a camp bed in there aswell at the moment for our 4 year old which the landlord supplied.

 

Modern bathroom off bedroom, with good shower.

 

Large combined area encompassing the following:-

 

Kitchen with new units, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and cupboard spaces.

Dining with modern Ikea table and chairs.

Living area with 2 & 3 seater settes, coffee table and 32" HD TV with DVD.

 

All rooms have very high ceilings with original fireplaces and timber floors.

 

Unit is available from Friday 16th April 2010 and is approx $350/week.
