We are breaking our lease on 21st May. Its a 3 bedroom house in sought after Kensington Gardens, front and rear gardens, garage in quite cul de sac. Its $350 PW.

we are buying and so need to break the lease on our rental.

Yes, I get the bond back but have to pay a fee for breaking the contract early - in our case its about ($800)
