Hi Brooksey.

The hills can be very nice indeed.

We are around 30 - 40 mins away from the city depending on traffic.

Onk Hills is not bad at all.

A mix of residential areas with decent sized blocks spreading out to small farms and then onto large "horsey" property.

We are close to the local shopping centre but feel "tucked away"

It's a sloping area so many houses have sea views (10 mins away)

There are not masses of houses here so not as many come up for sale and even less to rent.

The Huntingdale Estate is very nice .:):)

Hi there

We've just come back from our reccie to Adelaide. As suggested from some in this forum, we used Aussie car rentals. It went without problem. The price is very reasonable. The new owner is a chap called Mikhail. He is from Armenia and has been living in Adelaide for the last 18 years. He bough the business from the previous owner, Brian, who is still there but now in semi retiring position.

Regards

wijaya
