Breaking Lease in Semaphore - 3 Bed, pet friendly, minutes from beach

Hi, we're taking the plunge and buying a house. As a result we need to break our 12 month lease at the end of May leaving 6 months left for someone to take up. We're hoping to get out earlier as we're looking to complete our purchase around the 20th of May so your move in date does have some flexibility.

 

Anyway about the house. It's a 3 bedroom house with A/C and fans, not that they're needed at the moment. It's pet friendly which is hard to find, we have two dogs which love the house and their daily walks on the beach. It has a big kitchen with oven, hob and dishwasher. The bathroom consists of sink, shower and bath with the toilet being off the laundry room. There is a massive garage (seriously it would fit about 4 cars) which was used as a rumpus room and has it's own A/C.

 

It's 30 mins from the CBD and 10 mins from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where Jane works.

 

The price is $360 a week which can be paid fortnightly or monthly.

I know they were considering someone but I don't know if they are going to go with them as the landlord wasn't keen because they didn't have any references (either professional or previous rentals).

 

We didn't have any previous rental references as we'd only just moved to Oz when we took it but we did have work references.
