Hello All, as most of you know I have made a career change from driving instructor to real estate agent. I am 1 week away from completion of my real estate course and so far passed everything, which is great!.Any way the reason for this post is, part of my job and course is to prepare area reports on recent sales etc to show what the current market is doing. So if anyone who lives from Christies Beach as far south as Sellicks Beach and as far as Woodcroft the other way, would like a report for their area done for them FREE of charge and receive quarterly updates please pm me.

No information will be given to any 3rd party and will be in the strictest confidence I promise.
