Breaking lease 3bed sheidow park 1st june 2010

We're breaking our lease on a 3 bedroom house in Sheidow Park, close to Woodend school. It has a double garage, ducted cooling and a gas heater in family room, 2 way bathroom, separate lounge, big kitchen and meals area and fairly big garden. Rent would be $330 per week, dealing with residential letting which have been really good to deal with. We've been living here for nearly 2 years and have been happy with everything, we've bought a house in Sheidow Park and love the area. There will be an open day on 1st June at 12.30pm. Fingers crossed for a quick letting!!
