Looking for Rental from September

Hi,

We are arriving in Adelaide on 2nd September and looking for an unfurnished 3 or 4 bed property to rent preferably with 2 bathrooms or with ensuite to one of the bedrooms.

Ideal locations Marion/Dover Gardens/Flagstaff Hill and surrounding areas,other areas considered.

If anyone is breaking lease or knows of any available rentals please let me know.

Hi Andy & Sarah,

 

We are breaking our lease in Seacombe Gardens early September, and live within a 1/2 mile of Marion shopping centre. The house we are in was new when we moved in last February and has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. At present it costs A$395 per week rent, which includes everything bar Gas, Electric & telephone. A security deposit of 8 weeks rent has to be lodged also.

 

We plan to notify the Agents that we are breaking the lease about 15th July, and I plan to ask for some application forms for me to pass onto potential tenants, so if you pm me your email address, I will keep you informed.
