We have purchased a property at Seaford Rise and are breaking our lease at Hallett Cove. It is a 4 bedroomed property with swimming pool, right on the beachfront. Let me know if you would be interested and I can post more details.

OOHHH, we only have 2 weeks left in our short term rental and need to move to Hallett cove for the kids school!!!

What is the rent? would it be long term/renewable? Is it a private landlord??

All the details, pictures, etc, are on www.realestate.com.au - if you type in Dutchman Drive, Hallett Cove, it will bring everything up. I know they are advertising as no pets, though, but please give the agent, Debbie, a call as she will have all the info.
