Now that's a lot of rooms! Check out one of our main websites for properties that are agent based Real Estate, Property, Land and Homes for Sale, lease and rent - realestate.com.au and search for those suburbs. Sorry if you know this already - it's hard to know how much people know. It will just be a lot of hard looking, you could find something right away or it might take a while. I sometimes see places for rent that have a little "Granny Flat" out the back of a home which is another room and bathroom. I haven't really seen a lot of 5 bedrooms but they could be out there, even if you have to widen your suburb area. You'll just have to keep looking. Good luck.

You may struggle to get such a big place that close to the city, the bigger proerties seem to be further south, but as Kris says some of the olders ones have granny flats attached. Good luck!!!

6 Mayflower Crescent, Hallett Cove, SA 5158 - House for Rent #404824586 - realestate.com.au . Four bedrooms, but has a big parent retreat area upstairs outside the main bedroom, which could be used as a bedroom.

We are vacating this place on Nov 29. It's a bit old and tired, but has magnificent sea views, good heating, and ducted cooling in most rooms.
