Just to let you know, there will be a 3 bedroom house in Unley (near Duthy St) advertised this week for rental. Wonderful location, very good house and reasonable rent (ca 1600 p.m.). We were very lucky to get it and now we are moving out to our own. It is on a no through road, near a play-ground and 2 good primary schools (Parkside and Unley), also Concordia College, Unley High (that's were Prime Minister went).
