We are on the move (to a new build), and our current rental will be available from 16th August at $270/wk. It's in a nice quiet area, not too far from the Colonnades shopping center, and walking distance to Swimming Pool, Gym, Ice rink and cinema complex. Nice neighbours too.

 

Master bedroom has walk-in with access to 2-way bathroom. Lounge is a good size, as is the kitchen. Front and rear gardens are reasonably big (the lot is around 700m2).
