Looking for a 4 Bed House with a Pool (rental)

Hi,

We are in the process of looking for a rental to start mid/end October for the next 12 months. We are looking ideally for a 4 bed with the all important pool but would consider a 3 bed if there was a rumpus or similar that could be used as an occasional guest room.

If anyone knows of any good properties coming up or if you are breaking lease on anything that might suit us please let me know as some of the rentals we have viewed so far have been far from desirable!

Kids go to school in Marion so anything south of the CBD within a 20ish minute radius of school would be ideal, obviously being from the UK we would prefer beach side but I am happy to look at anything that is pleasant and good for a family.

We do have a cat, although he spends most of his time outside, so pets must be allowed although we don’t plan to get any more pets.
