Breaking Lease - Seaford Rise

Hi Guys

 

We are looking to break our lease in Seaford Rise later this month. It's a great pet friendly 4 bed property with double garage in a lovely area. Bit of a sea view from the back and right next to the bike path for cycling/walks down to Mclaren - lovely area.

 

Can't fault the property, landlords, agent or neighbours, just that we've now sold our house in the UK and secured a house we've been waiting ages for with acreage and a pool so time to move on!!

 

Great property in a great area - when we viewed on the open day the agent had half a dozen offers for the house so can't be bad!
