Gumtree Advert-A Scum!!

Be careful of rental advertised in Gumtree, there are some that are scums.. today i forward a query about a CBD bedsitter and ask for property address, and look when i google the property its a Factory Outlet!!

 

Dun let this ppl fish your money out of ur pocket with fake property.. be extra careful.. the sender is jaanoks@internode.net.au.

A timely reminder to really check before parting with your brass.

 

Check that the landlords have a an ABN (Australian Business Number) and are fully insured - saving money could be expensive.

 

Most of the regular posters who have furnished rentals advertised on the is are probably OK - but the site takes no responsibility for what they advertise.

Personally I feel Gumtree is dodgy a lot of people on it will tell you what you want to hear and when you go to veiw Its all crap.I suppose its what you are used to Depends what standards you have. Some people will buy any old #hite
