We arrive in Adelaide on our 176 visa and would require a 2-3 bedroomed house around Noarlunga, Christies, Seaford Huntfield, Morphett Vale.

We booked a short term holiday rental for 4 weeks through Century 21 Real Estate. Have a look at theirs but don't be put off by the weekly price, as it is often less for block bookings or long term bookings of 4 weeks or more.

We got ours for 370 per week, inclusive of utilities. It is based in Aldinga and looks great as a starting place.

If Tamara and Roo Rentals don't have availability there are quite a few others who also list on PIA in the Short Term Furnished Rentals area http://www.pomsinadelaide.com/forum/jobs-business-adverts/10453-short-term-furnished-rentals.html

There are a few furnished rentals in the southern area and better to go direct to owners rather than through the commercial sites as a commission is then avoided. The following are also good to select from http://www.adelaidebound.com & http://www.adelaideshorttermrentals.com.au
