breaking lease in henley 3 bed v close to beach and schools

hi all, is anyone interested in a renting in henley we have just moved in, but looks like my husband will be getting jobs over north/ north east area of town, and im already based in the north, so a no brainer but to relocate.

 

we have only been here a couple of weeks, the house is great for kids, fully enclosed good sized back garden, one main bathroom, with an additional shower in the laundry area, one toilet.

 

two streets back from the beach, and walking distance to all school levels. 5 mins from henley square, and westfield west lake is 10 mins in car.
