Breaking Lease - 4 bed & new pool Gawler

Hi all,

 

We are moving to Marion and have given notice for the great rental we managed to secure when we first arrived in a great location in Gawler South (just off Gawler Terrace). It is only a few years old, amazing views, 4 beds, new pool, A/C and $385 a week

 

Our lease is up in August but we need to move sooner if we can, the owner says he will give an initial year lease to anyone suitable. PM me for further details

The property is unfurnished but it looks like we have found someone to take it. If anything changes I'll post back on the forum.
