Breaking lease in Semaphore

We are looking to break lease in Semaphore in early to mid July.The house is a renovated 4 bedroomed property,with a private back garden.It is a 5 min walk to Semaphore beach and road,with local shops,cafes and restaurants.There are playgrounds and skate ramps and public barbies along the foreshore,it's a good locality for festivals too.We have great bus links to West Lakes and the city,and 5 mins away from the train station at Peterhead.We currently pay $380 a week.Please PM for any details,thanks Paula.

Sounds like a great place at a very good rent. I am sure you won't have any probs. I have a friend who rents a bit further along and literally the beach is her backyard. Very nice!!

Sorry,no pets are allowed,we have had bunnies outside,but he said definitely no dogs.Andy hope you found the pictures ok,it is now also being advertised with Real Estate.com,with Century 21@Semaphore,beachside and Lakes,hope it all works well for you.He is keeping the rent at$380 per week.
