Breaking lease in West Beach - 2 bedroom furnished flat

Hi,

 

Just bumping this up again,

 

We are breaking our lease as we have a baby on the way and moving to a bigger place.

 

We have been really happy in our current rental. It is 2 bedrooms, furnished and is so close to Harbour Town, West Lakes etc really central! It is about 2/3 minute walk to the beach.

 

Our landlady has been amazing too, can really recommend her.

We are breaking our lease too mid to late June as we are buying a house. our house is in the north east - about 5kms from the city. Its three/four bedroom, totally enclosed yard, brand new town house. Beautiful. worth a look.
