Rentals for october 2011

:arghh:Hi every1, just a quick question, we have been trying to find rentals for october this year, we are lookin for a 2 or 3 bedrooms in a nice area close to clapham. We have tried looking at heaps of sites but have found the prices to be through the roof. Any help or advice would be great.

What price range are you looking at? Furnished or unfurnished? Have you tried www.realestate.com.au and another good one is www.rent.com.au

We have booked in for 8 weeks at Aldinga Bay holiday resort 2 bedrooms, kitchen lounge, bathroom next to beach and pool $380 dollars a week.

It comes with all the white goods you will need and a shared laundrette. a little further out than we wanted but it gives us the time to find somewhere more permanent.

We are looking at around the 350 to 450 price range. Furnished would be good as we will be waiting for our stuff 2 be sent over. I will have a look at that sites Judi thanks , will also look in2 that place you have mentioned Trevor, sounds prity good to me for starting of. Short term rent to get started then find our feet and get a place 4 more permanent. Thanks very much, will have a look and shout you,s back.

Hi, just had a look at Aldinga Bay and they seem to quote $675 per week?? We are also looking for end of August, but cant seem to get a short term fully furnished for under $650:eek:

A great website for furnished rentals in Adelaide is www.adelaideshorttermrentals.com.au There are many houses listed on there!!

once you arrive down here there is no escape....not alive anyway....

Less than an hour to the city.....but yuo gotta start somewhere...what do you do for jobs guys?
