Rentals needed very soon!

Hi,So the flights are booked for the 4th July and we need short term furnished rental for the early days.I have sent an enquiry to Tamara (Homes down under) in the hope she has availabilty at such short notice. Can anyone point me in the right direction if she has no vacancy please? My oh work is in Prospect and we are hoping to settle around the Hallett Cove or Reynella area.Also we will be looking for a longer term rental once we arrive. We have three kiddies so would prefer a 4 bed between $280-$350pw. If anyone is breaking a lease around this time that would be great. Thanks

Well until you said the areas you were looking for I was going to get you to housesit for us (and cat and dog sit!!) while we go to the UK at around the time you arrive here! Ah well......:sad:

You do know Prospect is to the north of Adelaide, don't you? Not in the south which the suburbs you have mentioned are in?

 

You could try sending a PM to Jarnasa on here (Donna) or emailing her on djacob@westnet.com.au - she manages a whole heap of properties in and around Adelaide so may be able to help you out.

Yes we know Prospect is on the northern side but on research i have been told it's about 30/40mins drive to the Hallett Cove area.This area looks and sounds right for us but until we get there and get a feel for it we won't make any firm decisions.

Hmm, that timing may be a little optimistic - or based on out of peak hours commuting, but as you say, hard to tell until you get here.

 

Good luck finding somewhere anyway - and bring your warm clothes!

Kris on here has two rentals one in hallett cove and the other glandore.

Couldnt recommend her enough, she goes the extra mile and is very nice.
