We are sadly selling our beautiful home due to the fact family have now told us they will never come & visit us, its too far etc etc.....!!! Wish they had said 3 years ago!!! Anyway the house is way too big for just the 3 of us so we have decided to downsize just seems silly to keep such a large home!

Hi, it's really weird - I was despairing at the price of houses in this part of Adelaide the other day and was looking at other suburbs on realestate.com.au to see what you get for your money. I noticed your house, thought it looked really nice, but also thought to myself that the owners must be British - just something about the style of the decor - and I was obviously right!

Wow, the house is stunning it's a shame that it's not going on the market in a few months time this exactly what we are hoping to buy and at the right price!

 

Sorry to hear the family won't be visiting, such a shame they're going to be missing out in a big way!

 

Good luck I'm sure the house will sell fast. We were grated out 176 visa a week ago. Just hope ours does at this end it goes on the market tomorrow. Once sold we're right there with you in Aldinga it look fab.

house looks lovely & would do the job. but its only three weeks furniture takes about three month to turn up , we can look for a unfurnished property ,so not sure. Yes your write its a nightmare trying to find something furnished coming in sept so we can get the kids in school for october term start any advise is welcome?????????????

Well the house sold with an offer after 1st open and we accepted offer no 2 after 2nd open now for the packing!!! We are going to be selling some of the larger furniture so please inbox me for details After nearly 3 years here in Adelaide we have decided to head back to the uk in a few months so will probably sell off most items!
