We are moving out of our Rental around 5th August,and the Landlord has just asked if i know anyone to take it over.The house is big,with 5 bedrooms,big living area,outdoor patio ,garage etc.It is old but clean,and we have been in it for 2 years mainly because it is in a prime location, easy access to City,Glenelg,4 minutes to the Westfield Marion Shopping Precinct,2 minutes to the Beach at Brighton/Seacliff ,Pubs and Restaurants nearby.It would be an ideal starter for someone to get on their feet.The Landlord is like the Scarlet Pimpernel:biggrin:!You never see him,only when he comes to cut the Grass.He ain't even too fussed about lease term,you could likely strike up an agreement to suit you,as long as it is'nt too short.A good base to get you going.PM if interested,i'll put you on to him.Billy.
