:smile:I am an ex Brit offering share accommodation (with just myself) for either short term or possibly longer.

 

My 3 bed home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Wynn Vale, public transport nearby (25 mins from City). The house is very comfortable, clean and has all modern facilities including two separate lounges, undercover outdoor areas and has panoramic views of Adelaide at the rear.

 

The bedroom available is of double size, has a queen sized bed and built-in robe/shelving.

 

Rent per week $170 (inclusive of heating/cooling costs), plus 4 weeks Bond.
