Hi all, we arrive in Adelaide on 2nd September but we are staying in a holiday apartment for the first 2 weeks at west beach. So does anyone know or have a full rental from the 2nd week onwards in September 2011? Not bothered at the mo at which area just so long good schools for a 15,10 and 7 year olds and not to far or in the city area. Any info will be gratefully received.

Sorry but it will be difficult to secure your rental before you leave and finding a long term in only 2 weeks is going to be pushing it a bit. It would help if you could narrow down your search area then you could contact the local agents in the area your looking at. They usually require you to see a property before you sign the contract etc but it can be done.

Long term rentals usually only come up around 3-6weeks before you are due to move in which can be very frustrating having two weeks left on your lease and not having anywhere to move to.

We are breaking Lease to buy our first home and will be vacating mon 19th of sept We are renting a large 3 Bed with bult ins. House is about 5yrs old in good nick has good size garden and faces directly onto linear park there are ducks and a kids park opposite The house is at the end of a no through road and we have lived here very comfortably for 18 months. We are half way between henley beach and the city our kids travel to the city for high school and attend a primary school in lockeys
