Short term rental over xmas

Hi

I'm after some rental advice as we have now decided to come over at xmas to do our reccy and due to places being booked (as you would expect) i wondered if there are any cost-effective (cheapish) hotel chains which might be worth trying. I have seen a property on Tamara's Homes Down Under site, which is ideal, but wondered what other options we had if that gets snapped up.

 

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

If its the area you like try www.coastviewmotorinn.com.au never stayed there but they seem reasonable. As youd expect most places are booked already for Christmas and as its the school long summer holidays here its very busy December and January. Also I dont know if youve tried www.stayz.com.au and www.takeabreak.com.au there a lots of houses and apartments on there as well.
