Has anyone else heard or used this site ,they seem to be mostly ex councel type houses, with fixed prices and you have to qualify to buy one .Although not all houses seem in the best area's.

 

Any feedback would be great as I get emails off them nearly everyday and if its a waste of time I will cancel them cheers
