Long term rental wanted seaford meadows/ Aldinga Beach

Hi All

Just wounderd if anyone Knows of any rentals in Seaford Meadows or Aldinga.

We are a family of 4 and are looking for a 4 bed room unfurnished property for 12mths. have looked on real estate au and most other sites our holiday rental has 2 weeks left and we cant find anything we like or we have missed our chance and its rented.

If anyone knows of anything please let us know.

try stephen cabones on commercial rd @ Seaford. they should have rentals in the area.

Were looking for 4 bed rentals too in Seaford and surrounding areas too, visited 3 today and all bad!! going to view another tomorrow but not many on realestate. Sorry cant answer your question as were in the same boat.

Hi there

Just had a look on realestate.com.au for properties in Aldinga and there certainly seems to be quite a few nice properties that vary in price from $300-400 dollars per week (and Im fussy). Maybe go to some of the opens and have a squizz. We have just built in Aldinga and rented whilst we were building - our rent was around $360 a week for a 4 bedroomed property. We have built two houses in Aldinga now one on Bayswood Estate and one on the Sunday Estate - I would live in either. Maybe take a look at what your actual requirements are and alter the wish list (would definately say try for one with heating and cooling though).
