breaking lease

i am currently renting a lovely three bedroom house in warradale but i am wanting to break the lease as is is not really what i wanted it is a brand new it has three bedrooms open plan kitchen living area main bedroom has walk in wrobe and toilet shower room and there is another bathroom it is in a lovely area five minute walk to train close to marion shopping centre if anybody wants anymore info please get in touch by PM
