3 bed accommodation wanted in Stirling/Crafers/Aldgate or Bridgewater areas

Hi,

 

We are in an expensive furnished short term rental seeking an unfurnished rental in the Adelaide Hills area - Stirling, Crafers, Bridgewater, Aldgate. We need something in the next 4 weeks for 6, 12 or 24 months rental - does anyone have anything to offer? We are seeking a 3 or 4 bed house, ideally with garden and not miles out of town, i.e. handy for schools! Some of the properties we've seen via realestate.com.au have been truly awful. We have good references.

There are some great ones if you have $700+ per week to spend! Property is expensive in these areas so you do get what you pay for. Anything less than $400 a week will be dire or isolated or both!

 

Have you registered with all the agents and do you keep in touch every few days. Make friends of the agents and you can often get properties before they go on the web.
