4 Bedroom house required in aldinga beach sep 2013 1 year lease please

we are moving to Oz in sep 2013 we will need a house to rent for a year maybe 6 months please has anyone got one or could put us in touch with somebody who has? also what is the cost going to be? any help would be appriciated. non furnished as we are bringing everything with us pool would be nice if price is right?

Really you are looking very very early! How about booking some short term accommodation for say, 4 - 6 weeks, which would give you plenty of time to find a longer term rental. For long term unfurnished rental, budget on around A$400 per week. Have a look at http://www.realestate.com.au to get an idea of prices and what you can get for your money, but of course, by September 2013 you may find prices will have risen (or fallen...)!
