Breaking lease Aberfoyle Park

Hi. We are breaking the lease on our property at the end of July. We will only have one month left on the lease when we leave so not too much of a problem for us but maybe someone would like to jump in and take it over and then if they like it carry on renting here. We have been happy here for 11 months and have now purchased a house a few streets away.

 

It’s a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in Aberfoyle Park, along a cul-de-sac and in a quiet area. There is garage and a carport and a nice big garden. The kitchen and bathroom do need a little updating but it’s all nice and clean, the landlord is also great and was fine with us having pets.

 

The price is $320 a week.
