6-12mth rental required for young couple and 12 mth old baby in/nr hallett cove

hi, we arrived from the uk on friday 19th oct and have a short term hol let in hallett cove until nov 12th. Looking for a rental in hallett cove preferably, or close, say Sheidow park/trott park, for approx $300-350 per wk. 3 bed prefered, modern and clean as baby crawling and eating anything she finds on the floor!!!

haha! yes it does seem to be a popular area doesnt it? where abouts r u? its become much more expensive here too, but it is by the sea and easy to get to the city and less expensive than further up the coast like henley, glenlg, brighton etc... its difficult choosing where to put down roots in such a short space of time. We want to settle and make friends so its hard to choose where to do it for a 12mth rental, as when wanting to buy in a yr, we'd prob end up staying in area renting in! so much to do...so little time and money to do it in/with!!
