We are looking for a two or three bed house or unit, for rental from Mid April 2013. Flexible on length of lease. Could do furnished house sit, or unfurnished longer term let. Family of four, new to Adelaide but with family close by.

Have you checked the AA forum on here to see if anyone is breaking lease or moving out around then? I recall a few members posting about property over there.
