Hi everyone,

 

I am in the brink of relocating to Adelaide with work and was just wondering what costs apart from paying an up front bond there are? So far I have gathered that there is a water charge and your other usual utilities. Any help would be so appreciated so I can work finances.

Not sure who pays the emergency services levy if you are renting. Some places have the water included in the rent there is also save the river murray levy in the water bill. If you are here for more than 3 months and you will be driving you have to get your licence changed over to a SA one which there is a charge for.
