Breaking Lease in Hove

We are breaking our lease on a nice 3 bedroom property in Hove, available from the 16th July. It is a very comfortable, easy to maintain property with garage and small garden. Pets allowed. Rent around $400 a week. Please pm if interested.

Hi there, We are arriving in Adelaide on the 2nd August and were looking for a place withing the Brighton and Hove area. Could you tell me some more details please.

Is it furnished? Can you tell me what rooms there are? We are looking for a three bed, but we are expecting grannies to come over, so we will might need to put sofa bed in family room- are there two family rooms? or an extra rumpus room? Can we use the garage? How long is left on the lease? Can you give me the road name, so I can check it is in the schools catchment area.

No problem. This forum lark can take a bit of getting used to, so just trying to help out and point in the right direction and all that

 

Just the OP might not log back in to read replies but will get a PM notification (all being well if its been left on) so will know there is a message waiting. PM is a handy feature if you don't visit the forum as much or want to give out letting info away from the general forum and all that. Lots of people prefer to discuss lease breaks in PM rather than on the open forum.
