We get Koalas a few times a year too and we can see kangaroos in the distance. This will also be a private rental so no agents to deal with, and they're great landlords. Flagstaff Hill is a lovely area - I'm sure your property will be snapped up very quickly. Great pic of the rosellas(?) - we get them in our conifers (drives our dog mad!) but I've never managed to get zoomed in for as good a shot as yours
