Hi we are breaking our lease (did have a 6 month lease ending 24/10/13), on our 4 bedroom, 2 living areas, large garden with 2 large sheds in O'Halloran Hill. A really quiet area, waking distance to kids playgrounds & fab neighbours. We are moving out mid August. Only reason we are moving is that we have settled on our own property. PM me if u want more details or to have a look before it goes back on the market via the real estate agent. Landlords/agents are fab & have had no problems. Rent is $365 per week. The house is also catchment for Reynella East College High School. Thanks C

For those people that have enquired abt this property, if u do drive by to have a sticky beak, don't be put off by the outside look as it doesn't look very big from viewing from the kerb but is a tardis inside. House is now ready for viewing if anyone's interested PM me. Thanks C
