Found a few clips that I thought would be helpful for new members moving over to see particular suburbs. The first one is Hallet Cove

That 2nd one there is interesting too - about a 30 year plan of growth in Adelaide. I've noticed that they are building up in the Bowden-Brompton in the hope that people will walk and ride to work in the city. They look good but I don't think they have taken off as well as they thought they might.

'Just 15 minutes drive from Adelaide ...' I've heard this sort of thing so often recently. HC is certainly not 15 mins to the CBD, and whilst I know it comes under the Marion council area, it's a suburb of Adelaide, so what is the 15 mins reference? The convention seems to be to half the time it takes to the CBD (on a good day) and say it takes this long.

 

Incidentally, HC is a place I really like, with some great houses and an interesting coastline.

It's a few years old just going what is there and what is there now I would say at about 10years old .I have been in Hallett cove for 14 year's and you could get to the city in 20 minutes then in rush hour but no chance of that now you're looking at least double that.
