The top 10 nationwide suburbs for the last quarter have been announced. Did your suburb make the list? At realestate.com.au we see close to 20 million visits every month. This gives us great insight about suburbs people are looking to buy in. Every quarter we take a look at which areas the nation are most in demand, which means it's also extremely useful information for sellers.

For the second time this year South Australia has been named the most in demand state in realestate.com.au's quarterly top sellers report, with Victoria being in high demand too. Leafy Victorian suburb Surrey Hills has gained popularity, moving from seventh position to second on the national list, over the last three months.

There are six newcomers to the national list – Walkerville, Aldgate, Fitzroy North, Oyster Bay, Wantirna and Bondi, with the South Australian suburb of Walkerville re-entering in third position after falling off the top sellers’ list in March.

Take a look below to see if your suburb (or neighbouring suburb), has made the list. If you are looking to sell and your suburb is listed, now could be a time to put your property on the market, as there's considerable interest and significant demand.
