Breaking Lease - Seaford Meadows

We are breaking the lease on our 4 bedroom house in Seaford Meadows. The house was a show home so has superior finishes and is not your normal rental type house.

 

There are 4 beds, main with ensure and walk in wardrobe. Beds 2 and 3 have built ins. Rumpus area. Kitchen has dishwasher. Excellent location for transport links etc.

 

The landlord is great ( a fellow pomm) and the best thing about this house is that they let you have 6 months leases which can be hard to find but great if like us you need a temporary base for a short term. They use an agent who is lovely and not like many that I have dealt with lol!

 

not 100% sure of break date yet but will be end of September/ beginning October. We are breaking as we are buying our own house. Rent is $400 p w.
