Builder required

Hi all, we are currently looking at purchasing a house in happy valley, but would like to extend on the house as the layout is a bit small at the moment.

 

Are there any builders on here that can come and look to give me a quote ASAP so we know whether to offer on house.

 

Or can anyone recommend any builders / companies who they have used to extend (brick) onto current house. We need to have our offer on by end of week at latest so on a very short time frame at moment.

 

The actual extension in case anyone can give me a rough idea based on size etc. to come off back of house down onto patio area by 4m and then follow patio area along 14m and then back into the house 4m. It is to have one long narrow (horizontal) window on left side wall, 2 large floor to ceiling windows on back wall and on the right side wall coming back to house to have with bi fold doors or large patio door (dependant on costs), the house is on a concrete block at moment and is a brick construction. The back wall at moment will be taken out to make one big open plan lounge / diner so would need to include cost to remove internal wall.

 

If anyone can help or give advice on rough costs I would be most grateful.
