Anyone looking at buying a house and wanting to research sold prices and rents in an area, this is a really good website. Also good if you just want to be nosy and see how much the neighbours house sold for.

 

It is Chinese and designed for Chinese investors wanting to buy Australian property. You can search areas, streets etc.
