Hi, we are thinking of breaking our lease and buying. We are currently renting a four bedroom house 1 house away from the esplanade. The house is lovely, air conditioned, nice front garden with high fences and gate, drive for 2 cars and under cover lock up. Small under cover area at the back of the house. Rent is $395 per week and there are 5 months left on the lease. Ideal for newly arrived family. Please pm me if interested.

Even $395 a week seems OK from what you say!Lovely area to start out,or settle.Enough amenities,and beautiful location.We were paying more than that per week 2 yrs ago for an antiquated,out of date old house.Sounds good!!!
