Looking for 3/6 Month Rental

Hi. I'm looking for a short term lease for 3 or 6 months (Possibly longer if I get a job in the right area). which is available immediately or very soon. I'm looking at most southern suburbs as far as Port Noarlunga. Max. Budget is $350 per week unfurnished.

 

Does anyone one know a local private landlord?

I'm moving out of a four bedroom house in port Noarlunga south on 3rd jan. House is beautiful, right by the esplanade. Rent is $395 per week. Unfurnished, bathrooms, high fenced, gated front garden, small under cover back yard. Nice balcony with room for BBQ and table and chairs.

Hi Coastie,

 

We're breaking our lease on the 13th Jan. It's a near new 3-bed immaculate home in Clovelly Park. It's in a great location, only 15 mins drive into the city. It's situated close South Road, making it convenient to travel north or south, depending on where you work.

 

You're not too far in Marino so you're welcome to come take a look, or I can email pics over.

 

Current rent $390 week, to a private landlord who's been great.
