Hi after just returning back to the UK from Port Noaralunga, were we had a fab time. So I'm getting in quick for a 1/2 bedroom annexe to rent next year from mid January for 3 months in 2016.Really any area, Hallet Cove, Trott Park, Seaford, Christies Beach, please let me know. $150 weekly all in.

Ditto, if the owners did let out at this they must be friends / family. That amount does not even begin to cover the costs for the owner.

Your best bet would be a houseshare. Try Gumtree.

No, that wouldn't include anything other than maybe water. And I'd be suprised if they would go for only a three month contract. And I do believe the total lack of inside pics speaks volumes. But then, that is all there is going to be for that sort of price.

Exactly my point Blossom and there was more than one available and with pictures but only if you are prepared to travel as I previously said the OP could have meant pounds not dollars.

Hello out there, My husband and I are looking for 1 bedroom, studio, annex for 3 months, starting from mid January 2016 to beging of April 2016 furnished.Area Port Noaralunga, Seaford, Happy Vally, Hallet Cove, Trott Park, Christies Beach.Were starting early to see if we have any luck before we book our flights from UK.
