Demolish Property

I was just wondering if anyone on here has or knows of someone who has bought a house and then demolished it and rebuilt on the land, and if so how much would you expect to pay extra for the old house to be demolished. Thinking this might be our only way to get the dream house in the area we would like to live ( when we decide on which area).

someone at work paid about $10000 to knock their old house over and built a 2 storey house on the block.

Thank's for that its just another option we are looking at. Soooooo many things to thinks about and not even there yet.

Hi Guys!!!

 

We are just about to demolish our shack we have on a property we have just purchased on the beach front and it is costing us about $12000.00 to demolish by De Young Salvage!!

 

They seem pretty reasonable!!
