A friend of mine has just finished renovating his house and is looking for tenants. Its a 3 bed, 2 bath and is on Greenhill Road near Burnside shopping centre. Its about 10 to 15 mins to the centre of Adelaide. The house is top spec with real wooden floors through out and nice big garden for the kids to run around in.

He's looking for $350 per week with a bond of 2 weeks rent.

If you rent this house, your kids will be accepted at Glenunga International High school and possibly Marryatville High school. If you are after privates well there are many in this area, Loreto, Seymour and Annesley for girls. Pembroke, Pulteney for mixed. Prince Alfred , Christian Brothers for boys. The local Primary schools are good, Linden Park would be the closest, they are totally remodelling the school but Burnside primary is only up Greenhill rd a bit. Both are excellent. There is also Rose Park primary nearby. Really nice swimming pool set among the gums further up Greenhill Rd in Tusmore, it has a 50 m pool, a learners pool and a toddlers paddly pool. There is another park not far called Tusmore Pk that has a childrens paddling pool filled up in summer, there is a creek that runs through it, playground equipment, lots of open space to kick a footy etc. Lots of sports clubs in the area, dance schools, Burnside library is nearby opposite the shopping centre. Older teens can get on the bus 10 mins up Portrush Rd over to Norwood to the Parade where the cinemas and cafes, clothes shops are. For the older folks there are a few restaurants around and a nice pub called the Robin Hood near Norwood Parade, also The Feathers at the top of Greenhill Rd near the turnoff to Waterfall Gully.

For this location this rent is extremely good. You would only be 10-15 mins to the city unless the Clipsal is on.

Hi, just seen your thread about the house in Burnside. Is it still available do you know or do you know of any other houses at all. Ideally we would like to be around Henley,

Grange, Fulham Gardens but are open to other area's too. Any help would be appreciated thanks Jo and Jez
