I have just reserved a lot of land for investment:), this is way down south at a place called beachport. I am not recomending this to anyone but as I have wanted to buy some land for investment for a while but have been unable to due to the restrictions of being a temp visa holder ( having to build within 1 year of purchase) I was pleased to find the firb have made this development an exception and I can now invest in this place.

 

I have posted this on the just in case there is anyone interested in land investment but in the same postion as me as this is being marketed in UK but not in Australia.
