Rental - Happy Valley - Available Now

Hi,

 

Just had an inspection on my rental in Happy Valley.

Chatting to the agent as we will be moving out mid Jan (fingers crossed) about the lease and she mentioned she has a rental in the next street to mine that is availbale NOW.

 

Its - 5 Wildi Court, Happy Valley.

3 bed and 2 bathroom home. $300 per week.

The homes are about 7 years old. She said either a 6 or 12 month lease will be ok.

 

Its the same size house as mine and its not a big house, just 1 living area but the delevopment and area is nice.
